Spreading the magic of Christmas with the Kezber advent calendar

December 2023 had a unique atmosphere with the frantic preparations for the Holidays. Kezber’s team decided to spread the magic surrounding this time of year by introducing an advent calendar that brought the festivities into our offices.

Kezber’s advent calendar

From December 1 onwards, every day of the week was marked by the excitement of a gift draw among our employees. A total of 18 gifts were distributed, creating daily anticipation and surprises. Most gifts were chosen from businesses near our Magog office, encouraging local consumption!

Needless to say, our naughty elf's petty attempts were unsuccessful. They tried over and over again to steal the presents. Luckily we managed to neutralize them each time. Thank goodness! Below are photos of the rascal in action.

Weekly chair massage

We welcomed a massage therapist every week throughout December to bring a touch of relaxation to this often hectic period during the year. Employees at our Magog and Brossard offices could reserve a 15-minute slot for a well-deserved moment of relaxation.

Foodie Tuesdays: Cookies and hot croissants galore

During each Tuesday, foodies enjoyed some sweet treats at Kezber. To celebrate a time of year when food takes center stage, we offered our employees hot croissants and cookies that delighted everyone's taste buds. Each time was a welcome gourmet break!

A month of celebration and recognition

A festive Christmas party was held, and a potluck took place on Thursday, December 21 (a tradition!).

A calendar was created and posted in our office cafeteria to ensure people didn’t miss out on any of these activities. We'd also like to share it with you:

Philanthropic initiatives are at the heart of the company, and even more so during the Holidays, which are festive for many but also challenging for some. We have included in our Advent calendar, as we have done for the past 6 years, a donation to the Fondation Christian Vachon. This foundation offers a spark of joy to all children by enabling them to receive a gift at Christmas.

This packed program of festive activities was orchestrated with a single motivation: our love for Christmas, but above all, our desire to thank the entire team for their dedication throughout the year.
