Talent and Culture Director
With her remarkable empathy, Megan creates positive and stimulating work environments where everyone can flourish. Her academic background, including a Master's degree in Organizational Change, is invaluable in fostering a corporate culture that reflects the people within it. Megan is passionate about human psychology and enjoys initiating reflections that allow people to grow and become aware of their value. As a spokesperson for the team, she has an attentive ear that helps achieve her goal: employee happiness and well-being.

Eric Murray, ING.
Director innovation, business technology advisor
Eric has 12 years of application development experience, an academic background in engineering, and has completed three MIT training courses related to AI business strategies, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. Eric's passion for innovation is a contributing factor to the success of both Kezber and its clients.
Étienne Bonin
IT Director
With over twenty years of experience in the IT field, Étienne has evolved both in a corporate environment and as a self-employed external consultant. His technical skills enabled him to excel as a systems administrator, and his human qualities have enabled him to progress throughout his career toward a team leadership position. With his ability to rally the troops, he creates a work environment where collaboration, listening and mutual support coexist. Never afraid to put his shoulder to the wheel to help his team, he fosters a culture of continuous learning and encourages his colleagues to push their limits to achieve ambitious goals. As an avid outdoorsman, he appreciates the hustle and bustle of the business: no two days are alike, and this range of possibilities drives him!
Louis-David Robillard
Director of Application Development
Louis-David's technical experience as a programmer also gives him a softer side: he has a lot of empathy toward the reality of his colleagues. His logical mind, ability to make decisions, and mobilizing mindset quickly led him to evolve as a team leader and manager. As a leader, he values the people on his team above all else.
His unwavering goal is that everyone leaves a meeting a little happier than when they arrived.
His secret weapon? Include two minutes of jokes and funny stories at the end of each meeting. There is nothing better to get your daily dose of laughter!
Joël Séguin
Sales and Marketing Director
Joël has long been passionate about IT and business optimization. Upon completing his studies, he propelled to the position of IT Director, largely thanks to his leadership and communication prowess. Here, he oversaw a multidisciplinary team and important commercial accounts. Having garnered amazing experience in the role, Joël eventually decided to entertain his entrepreneurial and artistic spirits and launch a commercial photography studio.
The adventure allowed him to engage with technology from new perspectives. Doing so rekindled his love affair with IT, eventually prompting Joël to pursue the discipline through more university studies and Microsoft certifications.
