In 2001, following significant growth, Granit Design realized the need to improve its IT system to support the company’s ongoing development. The existing system was no longer fully meeting its needs and was limiting its ability to maximize resources. Granit Design decided to turn to business IT specialists to optimize its system, enhance reliability, and better integrate it into its business processes. Beyond these improvements, the company aimed to transform its IT system into a tool that would increase production capacity, boost productivity, and streamline processes.
Granit Design had multiple needs. The company sought a trustworthy, dedicated, and available team capable of defining and developing the necessary solutions for continued growth, handling the installation and configuration of various IT components, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Kezber needed to ensure that Granit Design’s system could be easily modified and updated, a limitation of its previous technology. Kezber’s experts redeveloped the outdated Access system using a more flexible technology. They then designed a customized system, module by module, tailored to Granit Design’s needs and integrated with its accounting and CRM systems. This system enables the gradual addition of new features to meet evolving needs, facilitating inventory management, purchasing, supplier returns, scheduling, and online sales. Kezber’s team works closely with Granit Design to continuously improve and optimize existing solutions while maintaining the network infrastructure.
With the new system developed and implemented by Kezber, Granit Design has seen increased productivity across its sales, project management, purchasing, and accounting teams. Additionally, the system enhances tracking, simplifies production management and planning, and reduces production errors. It has also helped minimize material waste by optimizing scrap reuse. More comprehensive than before, Granit Design’s new system provides full access to historical data and generates operational reports.
