The leadership of the Association des Employeurs Maritimes (AEM) aimed for a full digital transformation to enhance operational processes and communication. The objective was to optimize labor relations management between maritime companies and the 1,700 port workers in Eastern Canada.
The Mandate
AEM was using an outdated IT application for its operational needs. The proposed solution had to automate workforce deployment, offer flexibility, and integrate a business intelligence (BI) structure with dashboards for quick decision-making. Selecting the right IT provider was critical to ensuring a complete modernization with Cloud infrastructure, collaboration tools, and ongoing support.
Automated workforce management with the Blackbox application.
Increased productivity by nearly 35%.
Enhanced remote work capabilities and collaboration.
Agile and scalable Cloud infrastructure.
Reduction of repetitive tasks and human errors.
Data protection and restricted access based on necessary permissions.

Complete transition to the Modern Workplace with effective change management.
